This all started with a question, “Isn’t there a simple manual out there to teach anyone wealth-building?”
There wasn’t, so I wrote it. My mission is to help YOU become a wealth builder. I help people start wherever they are financially and teach them easy steps to reach their financial goals without industry jargon or complicated methods. I’ve built my own wealth following these steps and I’ve taught many others do the same. I can teach you, too! If you are looking for an easy, do-able strategy to make your financial dreams a reality now, you have found it. I’m glad you’re here.
What’s the back story?
Throughout my business experience, I have helped corporations, non-profit organizations and individuals achieve their financial goals. As a successful business owner, I’ve handled all areas of multi-million dollar companies with special focus on budgeting procedures that maximized profit levels.
I spent most of my business life in the Houston, TX area, in the entertainment and special event production field, producing some of the largest public festivals, firework spectaculars and televised concerts not only in the southwestern United States, but in the world. Prior to having my production company I was part owner and president of a restaurant chain in the Gulf Coast area.
Why am I so into building wealth the right way?
With my business skillset, financial training and life experiences in both personal and corporate finance, coupled with my desire to help people, I was inspired to write Common Sense to Uncommon Wealth, 10 Simple Steps to Building Wealth, to give everyday folks a straight forward, easy to understand stair step approach to building and maintaining personal wealth. I truly believe that building wealth the right way is a good thing and attainable for everyone.
What’s the current story?
My singer/songwriter wife Connie and I replanted ourselves from the Woodlands, Texas, to the outskirts of Tyler, TX, where we’ve built our most special event to date, WeHope Ranch, hosting musical events, Christian-based and non-profit organizations and the families they serve, on 200 beautiful acres in the town of Chapel Hill. I was born in Tyler, TX and am a graduate of John Tyler High School. I went on to Texas A&M where I obtained my degree and served in the Corps of Cadets. Connie and I are the proud parents of two adult children and are involved in a variety of church and community-minded mission projects and fundraising events.
